Welcome to the Electronics Recycling Team page! Given the prevalence and quantity of electronics in our society, the PRRP recognizes the need to address issues related to e-waste. Please review the Electronics Team goals below and contact Stephanie Anderson for more information on this team, upcoming meetings, and ideas.

Team Initiatives:
- Educate and Discuss Law 18 - PR Electronic Equipment Recycling Law
- Develop ideas for Community and Social Projects for E-waste Recollection and Education (cost effective)
- Promote Zero Landfill
- Meet with the Environmental Quality Board to discuss Regulations for Law 18 (These regulations are still pending.)
- E-waste Certified Facilities
- Discuss how to have access to international certifications here in PR in a cost effective and responsible way
- Develop electronic equipment reuse options to extend end-of-life
